Get some distance on yourself and undertand the multilevel structure that's operating. There's a power structure within you. You're a very political creature.

Tantra is not for a hedonist at all. It won't work. If you're heavily attracted to sensual experiences, tantra will definitely not be of any use to you.

Occupy yourself with what's in your life now. Address those situations and subjects as fully as possible with your best efforts. That is what produces happiness and clarity and knowledge and power.
