To become more aware, it is necessary to do something that you haven't done. Everything that you have done will only make you as aware as you are now.

The practice of meditation is emptying the mind. When the mind is empty, completely empty, it's perfect meditation. It's really that simple.

To assume that wealth or sexuality or the usage of power, any of these things are not void in nature, gives them a reality they don't actually have.

See your life as not just your life but as eternity. Be so completely integrated in the experience of perception that there's no sense of a perceiver but just the fluid moment of ecstasy that is reality unfolding itself to itself.

In meditation, we are going back into the light. All our pain will be taken away, our frustration.

You will have to put aside some things in your life, habits, ideas, ways of seeing life. You will have to learn new things, and then new things and then new things - forever.

When there is time, there has to be suffering. Because in time there's desire and attachment and transition. This is the world of experience.
