A mantra is a very powerful word. It vibrates like music does, only not on this plane but on other planes of reality. It creates a powerful force. It starts the kundalini moving.

I examine each student carefully: Is there a balance between their tonal and their nagual?

In the beginning we define what is spiritual. But as you go on, you see that everybody and everything is an instrument of infinity.

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of power. Without wisdom, a powerful person does not become more powerful. Their power will turn back on them and eventually destroy them. So those who are truly wise become most powerful.

This is just one little lifetime in a succession of lifetimes.

Meditation gives you personal power. You will notice that people will treat you differently as you progress because they can feel that power. Use that power wisely. If you search your heart, I think you will.

Never settle for that which is easy and comfortable or the necessity of seeking that which is difficult and uncomfortable.
