Human beings affix themselves to things that are of little or no importance. They affix themselves to the transitory, to things that are impermanent, and in doing so, they get all upset

A lot of people have this live or die attitude with mediation. It has to be all or nothing. I don't think it should be. It's a study that you follow for the rest of your life.

In the world order, if the nagual dominates and not the tonal, then we'll live in times of fear and superstition.

This is just one little lifetime in a succession of lifetimes.

You can focus on me or on any spiritual teacher. Spiritual teachers who have left the body, who are no longer on earth can help you too. When I leave the body someday, I can help people just as effectively if they focus upon me.

The last game on earth is in progress. And when you lose, you win. And when you win, you can't lose.

The essence of your being reincarnates.
