Power plants break up the way you see the world; they can push you into the second attention; yet to continuously take them, weakens the subtle psychical body.

When you cause something to happen it causes a shift in your awareness. Shifts in your awareness ultimately will result in a pattern shift in your life.

The body is a very low level machine language. The language of the soul, of the mind, is much more evolved.

Beginning meditation is a process of unhooking ourselves from thought, being motivated to meditate. It is very exciting in the beginning because we see the tremendous jumps we make in awareness.

Another condition can be attained ... a condition of ecstasy. A condition so far from what the people of planet Earth experience it's not even discussable.

They can't stop you if, in your heart, you seek enlightenment, empowerment, balance and knowledge.

There is the experience of enlightenment, to be very aware of what lies beyond the boundaries of cognitive perception, reflection and self-awareness as seen by the personality.
