Mindfulness means that as we go through the day we learn to gain control of our mind, our emotions. We learn to conserve energy in a variety of simple and complicated ways that we learned in Buddhist practice.

The primary place where most people lose energy is in their relationships with others. That means you lose your energy in your interactions with the people you know best.

It is good not to think of karma as an alien force that is outside of yourself. You are the generator of karma. Karma is the energy patterns that emanate from your life.

So I went off on my own and started the process of spiritual teaching.

Anything but enlightenment is pure pain; it is the lack of enlightenment. There are joys, of course, and they should be enjoyed. There are sorrows, and they should be passed over briefly.

The problem with love is attachment; love makes you dependent. Unattached love - you love for the hell of it.
