I am a certified PADI Divemaster and a technical scuba diver. That is to say, I am involved with decompression diving where we dive to depths of 300 plus feet. But I was also recently certified for the Atlantis rebreather, where we dive to shallower depths ranging from about 60-130 feet.

There is a grace and an ease to power. You feel good about yourself and your life when you have it. It is well worth having, and it is certainly miserable not to have it.

Our past affects us, our present affects us, and even our future can affect us. We live in the relative world of time and space.

When you sit, you've put a place on the island of the tonal for the possibility of your thoughts stopping for a short period of time.

Don't be afraid. You are as alive as anything else is alive. Your right to be alive is as great as the right of anything else.

If you want to become enlightened, you've got to get all the bullshit out of your life. You have to clear up your mind completely.

Once you are enlightened, you can do whatever you want without fear or sorrow. You can go snowboarding, get married, stay single, be rich and famous, or live unknown in a high Himalayan cave. It is up to you.
