We know we should be completely humble. We should stop thinking that we're very marvelous because we're not. We are interesting at best because we are a part of life.

Who has that absolute trust, to fling yourself into mortality, to let it do with you as it will, with all the permutations and possibilities of as it will, be it horror or ecstasy or boredom?

It is good to take a weekend and just you, or you and your dog, head out into the wilderness. Walk by yourself. Be by yourself. It will help you in your search for stillness and perfection.

You don't really have a choice. You are alive and you will die.

There are many other chakras, or nadis as they are also called. There are chakras in the hands, fingertips, feet and a number of other areas.

Meditation gives you personal power. You will notice that people will treat you differently as you progress because they can feel that power. Use that power wisely. If you search your heart, I think you will.

A better lifetime comes from not some karmic scale but from inner knowledge. Inner knowledge makes you happy. In other words, it is not as if someone is checking!
