Beyond the subtle body we have something called the causal body; that's more what we are. We are a series of interconnecting awarenesses. It's like a molecular bond, DNA, a double-helix, and we can change that.

Perfection is not a final state. It is a state of mind. There are ten thousand states of mind.

The training was rigorous, hundreds and thousands of hours of meditation, self-giving. But it was easy. I loved it. I would merge again and again with the superconscious in meditation.

One evening you may learn about enlightenment, koans, meditation and personal power.

You can focus on me or on any spiritual teacher. Spiritual teachers who have left the body, who are no longer on earth can help you too. When I leave the body someday, I can help people just as effectively if they focus upon me.

I think the most miraculous thing is learning. I get out of the way and let the students learn. Then you get to watch this amazing thing happen.

No one cares about you. No one cares. You will die and be forgotten.
