Karma simply means that whatever type of energy you project, or you allow to pass through your being, you will become for a period of time.

It's necessary when you follow the path of love to love those around you first. Desire tells us that we should have someone else in our life.

Focus your attention around the naval area, feel that spot. Visualize it. Do whatever it takes. When thoughts come in and out of your mind, pay no attention. You just stay right on that spot!

Take a deep breath and exhale slowly. Mentally picture all tiredness, tension, and fatigue leaving you. Visualize that a wave of golden light is entering you at the top of your head and passing throughout your entire body.

From a Buddhist perspective, it is incorrect to always assume that we know what is best.

You can't teach someone to be enlightened. It's something you have to go and do. You can't teach someone to meditate well. It's something you have to go and do.

You can hit a home run. If you are honest, you'll know when it's perfect because at that critical moment of connection, there was no sense of being there. That is perfect play. There is no self involved.
