Karma is the sum total of who you are, everything you've been. The mind state you are in is karmic. Meaning, it's related by a causal chain of existences, of moments, of particles of timelessness.

Humankind has no idea what existence is, at this stage. They're all dreaming, they're all asleep... Once in a great while a fully awakened one is here, observes everybody is sleeping and leaves, quietly.

When we practice mindfulness, our nonphysical side merges with the nonphysical side of that which we are experiencing.

Why waste your time being around people who drag you down? You don't live forever, at least in this life.

You don't force change; you just open yourself to its possibilities and let it work through you.

You're not the doer. What's to do? You can't undo what's not done. It's all one anyway, why think about it? But you need to discriminate, so you'd better think about it.

An advanced way to meditate, of course, is to focus on your teacher. If you have a spiritual teacher and you focus on them during mediation, then you access the light that flows through them.
