People try to get into your life. They try and keep you off-balance, keep you from making good decisions that will empower you - because if your attention field is sharp - you will see if anyone is in your life for ill reasons.

A time comes when you don't have to use meditation techniques anymore. You just sit down and you are nonexistence itself.

Life for most people is a bad dream. They live in pain, grabbing at what they can for pleasure. As they grow old, they despair. Things don't work out the way you planned.

If there were no world, no time, no space, no condition, if none of us existed, that would be meditation.

We need to preserve these sacred locations for ourselves, for the species of plants and animals that coexist in harmony there, and for the future generations of humankind that will need to be refreshed, renewed and healed by them.

Everybody here is so caught up in the game of life they don't see death. They don't see beyond their deaths. They are on the wheel of birth and death.

Just remembering what you did in previous lives doesn't mean a thing. It's nice to remember that you had higher states of mind, but that won't necessarily get you there. It might even make things painful.
