Each of is endlessly generating waves with our actions. If you could see the earth from a vibratory point of view, you would see something like radio waves billions of them, cascading constantly into very complex patterns all over the earth.

Sitting around idly contemplating doesn't produce much. In work you can discipline your attention, forget about your misery.

You can go through hundreds of lifetimes in one, and it all starts with daily meditation practice.

Bodies come and go, ages come and go, yugas come and go, eternities come and go. Selves come and go.

Everyone in advanced meditation practice should be involved with the economic support of the spread of the dharma. We live in a material world, and it's very expensive to teach meditation.

Advance yourself by advancing others. Do not judge others. Be of service to them, but realize that you are not necessarily the instrument of perfecting and immortalizing others.

Tantra and adventure are very, very connected. Perhaps the greatest enemy for one who's journeying along the spiritual path is complacency.
