The good news is that we don't last. Thank heavens! Because to continue the drama of who you are, is boring, ultimately. The universe is our friend because it kills us - and that's what friends are for.

Unlock the power of the will. Learn balance and gain the knowledge and wisdom necessary to guide those powers, to succeed in sports and athletics.

Take a yoga class, study different forms of self-discovery. Some people are crazy and fanatical, avoid them. People who are balanced and calm and introspective, associating with them will raise your energy level.

You identify with your self. You have a personal history. You have commitments. There are things that you want to experience and other things that you want to avoid.

Close the eyes, and focus on the third eye, the heart chakra, or the navel center. It is a good idea to alternate them.

If the Zen master sees that it will cause a person to progress, he will ask that person to do a task. The task is charged with power if it's performed properly. It's a koan between yourself and the Zen Master.
