A person who doesn't dress well, who doesn't spend time and attention with their physical being, has a very loose being.

Human beings have become so afraid of the unknown, themselves, and each other that they deprive themselves of that innate ecstasy and love of life which comes with a human body, mind and spirit, by hiding behind the empty shell of their ego.

Life is endless reality. There is reality after reality, spinning on endlessly into the cosmos, billions and billions of manifest universes. Underlying all of this is the unmanifest, the absolute reality.

We break off obsession by laughing at ourselves, by learning to be funny, by just seeing the joy in life and by having a terrific love for this world.

Think of your mind as a muscle. The more you use it, the stronger it will become.

You must have total and impeccable trust in eternity. Whether you like it or not, eternity's in charge, so you might as well trust. You will feel better.

Life is not dependent upon our classifications and our categories, our science. But we are. We find it interesting and helpful.
