Meditate upon all the perfect light within your own mind! Do this repeatedly and the radiant Bodhisattvas of Wisdom and Laughter will visit you and change your karma forever!

When I enter into nirvikalpa samadhi, most can see this light, or feel it. This light creates very powerful, steady spiritual transformation. The reason you are here is to sit in this light.

In order to create heat, you have to have something to burn. So what we do in yoga is, we burn ourselves up to create light.

The real dance is within; it is within your mind. Everything is inside your mind. God is inside your mind.

If you know that you have had countless lives, then what happens in this life is not quite as traumatic.

Nobody can make you happy but yourself. Things occupy us, people occupy us, but they don't make us happy. If we are honest, what makes us happy is to experience spirit.

The ultimate intelligence of all things is your essence. Your mind is the universe. Your body is all things.
