The world won't necessarily change but your understanding of it will, and therefore the world will change. Your attention will no longer be confined to the physical body and the physical world.

I think that pain gives us appreciation of joy - it's a package deal. And I definitely think that the joys of life far outweigh the pain.

There is no fanaticism in any of this. There is intensity. You have to make it happen. You have to put your will into perfecting your daily life, into monitoring your thoughts.

When you are not meditating, eliminate hate, doubt, fear, anxiety, negative thoughts and emotions that limit your consciousness, that bind you to a sense of self, of ego.

Alow immortality to work through you. Be but a mere instrument. And that instrument should be so absorbed in the perfect perfection of existence, that it knows not even that it is absorbed.

Go out and do the things you are afraid to do gradually. Gain the power to do that through meditating. You will find yourself limitless reality that knows no fear.

Self-hate doesn't create enlightenment. It just causes you to not enjoy the current moment.
