I don't think there is a right approach to teaching self discovery. Every situation is unique.

W are all carrying the imprints of our most ancient ancestors. Not simply in the genetic code, but in the imprints of attention that are passed on.

Self-realization is a strange term. You don't actually realize your 'self'. If anything, you go away. The caterpillar enters the cocoon of meditation: A butterfly emerges - metamorphosis.

Meditation will do you a disservice. It will confuse you more than clarify you. It will bring tremendous impurity in you - if you are allowing your mind to wander during the empowered experience.

Personal power, knowledge and fun come from how you approach something, not what you approach.

A lot of people have this live or die attitude with mediation. It has to be all or nothing. I don't think it should be. It's a study that you follow for the rest of your life.

You'll find that you will be able to reorder the island of your tonal so that it's in good shape - logical, orderly, neat, and well-defined.
