On your journey, remember there is no end. That is true knowledge. There is no final knowledge. There is no final enlightenment, that is a very finite, human way of seeing things.

Make lists. Write down the things that give you power. Write down the things that take your power away also. Make lists of people close to you. Are you associations raising you to a higher level of attention?

Never be bored. Energy lives off of attention. When you are bored you get drained.

People who drain others have a certain world they want to get to when they die, and you're their ticket!

It is most important to have time alone. To be alone is not to be alone. It is only possible to truly feel immortality when we are by ourselves.

As I'm sure you know by now, most people aren't really very happy. Beyond their surface appearances, the smiles they wear for the rest of the world, most people are soul-sick.

We see in meditation that our experiences are endless, that we are endless, eternal spirit, not as a thought or an idea you read in a book. You have the experience yourself, every day.
