You need to shelter yourself from the abrasive forces of life that drain you and keep you in a lower state of mind.

Letting go is the hardest thing. Everybody is so afraid. They're so afraid of eternity. They're so afraid of life. They're so afraid of what's on the other side of death. There is nothing but light. God is everywhere.

Many people excuse themselves by claiming that they don't have to do work anymore because they are beyond it. They are simply afraid of getting their hands dirty. Getting your hands dirty washes your being.

The comedies, the tragedies we see played out on this earth before us, don't last. But we are eternal spirits. These events will come and go, but the planes of light and nirvana will always be there.

During the late afternoon and early evening there is a specific dimension that interconnects with our physical world. This particular dimension can be visualized as series of horizontally shaped geometric planes that extent out into infinity.

I would recommend, initially, if you are trying to increase your personal power level, to meditate on the navel center, not the lower two.

Nirvana is the center of things; then there are the outer bandings of attention. The universe is a mind. At the center of its mind is nirvana.
