The mind is like a computer. It runs programs. Most of the software has been poorly written. It is written in the language of fear.

It is not the part of divinity to go to humanity and to modify itself in any shape, manner or form; rather it is up to humanity to make itself available to divinity.

When you are not meditating, eliminate hate, doubt, fear, anxiety, negative thoughts and emotions that limit your consciousness, that bind you to a sense of self, of ego.

Karma is not a cop-out. The esoteric meaning of karma is that you are who you are, because of what you have done and who you have been.

The stars in the sky last for billions of years. That's nothing to the mind, nothing. It's an instant, a millisecond. The mind shines radiantly forever. But we don't see the shine because of the clutter.

Humor enables us to deal with and overcome many of the most painful and difficult situations in our lives.

To perfect your nature doesn't mean to have some idea of what a perfect person is and to simply be that. That doesn't work.
