You don't have to do anything to meditate. That's what makes it so difficult. Everybody wants to do something.

Gradually, you were given a description of the world, a way of seeing, which is largely sexual.

Tantra works well for people who are engaged in relationships and sexuality. Sex itself is just an action. It's just part of the dream.

The tantras can be very confusing for a person who is new to Buddhism, and for several thousand years the rule was not to expose a person or a new monk to the tantras until they had practiced for many, many years.

Meditation is the pathway to enlightenment, and I would encourage you to follow that pathway as far as you can, into ecstasy.

For a person who lives in time, differences are the most important thing because they represent your existence.

In Buddhism what we seek to do is change ourselves into someone who's beautiful to be.
