How do you end a meditation session? It's nice to chant a mantra again. Maybe repeat it a few times. It seals the meditation. Do your best and then just give it to eternity.

Love has very little to do with a person. It comes from us. You can love a surprisingly great number of people.

Everything depends on your state of awareness. If your state of awareness is low, then all the material success in the world won't help.
