The light is not quantifiable. You experience it in meditation when thought stops. When you go beyond the limitations of the ego, the light is waiting for you.

Overcoming fear has nothing to do with abandoning common sense. We retain our common sense, but we lose that emotion that is fear.

There are people in the Himalayas who are thousands of years old. But that's just a power, you see. It would seem to me that would suggest a tremendous aversion to the experience of death.

People try to get into your life. They try and keep you off-balance, keep you from making good decisions that will empower you - because if your attention field is sharp - you will see if anyone is in your life for ill reasons.

Meditation is like taking a shower. You are going to wash all the dirt off that you have picked up since your last shower and be clean.

Why waste your time being around people who drag you down? You don't live forever, at least in this life.

I love people who make mistakes. That's why I'm in the teaching business. I love people who make mistakes because I enjoy watching them learn and helping them, assisting them. I find it a beautiful process.
