Eternity becomes more beautiful as we age, if we age well. If we age poorly, then we don't improve our minds; we don't refine all the aspects of our being.

No one cares about you. No one cares. You will die and be forgotten.

There are chakras in the hands; you've seen me use those quite frequently when I meditate. I project the shakti, the kundalini, through the chakras in the hands to people I meditate with.

Watch out for dark streets in big cities because there are a lot of strange beings that hang out there at night, let alone the people. Don't you remember anything from your other lives?

The key to meditation is focusing on specific symbols. The symbols are the chakras.
