Meditation is the pathway to enlightenment. Move the ego aside and be still, open, clear, bright and fully conscious.

The intuitive mind is nonphysical. It is not part of the brain or any other cellular structure in the physical body. It is part of the causal body.

Krishna says meditate and you'll see the various ephemeral worlds, the various ephemeral beings, all of them going through the same thing; some are rich, some are poor, some are more knowledgeable, some are less knowledgeable - in countless myriad universes, forever.

No one sees life like you do, because you are no one. You change constantly, like the light outside the window.

Picture that the waves of golden light have now become a solid river of golden light that is constantly passing through you. Picture this golden light expanding beyond your body and filling up the entire room.

If you're a person who just wants to be in the world and doesn't want any knowledge, then I don't know what you are doing with this tape. Turn it off immediately.

Part of what we seek in Buddhism is the sense of quiet observation. We don't get so involved in a state of mind that we forget that it's just another transient state of mind, no matter how much ecstasy or agony is involved.
