Meditation is a very powerful time and you are very psychic. It is most important to not allow your attention, your mind, to wander.

When I meditate, people see manifestations of light when I go into samadhi and through the samadhis. Sometimes the energy of enlightenment is so clear that people don't realize that their attention has been elevated.

You are trying to pierce the veil, to break through the Frisbee so that it doesn't exist, to break through the football so it doesn't exist, and to break through your opponent so they don't exist.

Get your emotions under control and your life under control. Work really hard and don't make a big deal out of yourself. Have humility. Believe in yourself. Don't get a fanatical fixation on a teacher.

What is Tantric Zen? Well, I don't think I can give you a straight answer, since I don't happen to be a very straight Zen master.

We are learning to perceive existence in separate phases. One phase is to see that we are not our thoughts. As you sit, try and feel what is beyond thought - sense that you are separate from thought.

To love is to be balanced, to extend one's self beyond the sense of self.
