In this world we see nothing but diversity. Everyone thinks separate ideas and wants to develop a separate identity. They fight wars with each other. They destroy each other's identities.

Be in harmony with the Tao, with the basic principles of creation. To not be in harmony with that flow, no matter how hard you meditate, you will not be happy and you won't be liberated.

The shushumna is the tube that the kundalini passes up in the subtle body, and on one side is the ida and the other side is the pingala.

The highest teaching is never written down. It's only communicated from teacher to student because it's a "transmission of the lamp." It's a transmission of mind.

Illumination in the outer world is to be happy no matter what is going on. In the inner world, it's more ineffable. It's harder to express.

In the West people are basically oblivious to power, solstices, enlightenment and everything that matters.

As Buddha points out, you should not rely on the opinions of others for validation of your internal progression.
