Change can only exist in time. Without time there is no change. Change can only exist with a background of that which is changeless, otherwise it has no definition.

Life hurts at times. It hurts to have a body at times, hurts to be born, hurts to live, hurts to die, but it can be ecstasy beyond comprehension. You can know that ecstasy. It is inside of you.

Reincarnation is the journey of hope because in each lifetime we move forward to place a better than our last lifetime, a place within ourselves.

The key to meditation is focusing on specific symbols. The symbols are the chakras.

Studying with a teacher doesn't simply mean going to an occasional seminar or Zen retreat. It means fully applying yourself to what the teacher says, most of which is not verbal.

There is only eternity. That's our real body. The stars are our blanket. Time doesn't even exist, except in our own minds.

I entered a spiritual community when I was 20, which I was in for 11 year, with very strict meditative practices, with an Eastern teacher. It was very much like a religious order.
