Humble spirits are free to love and to be who they are. They have no artificial standards to live up to.

The desire to please other people is a potent way to distract yourself from what you are feeling.

Within each experience of pain or negativity is the opportunity to challenge the perception that lies behind it and to choose to learn with wisdom.

If your addiction lingers, ask yourself if you really want to release it, because in your heart you do not.

Our experiences of the Solstice depends entirely upon where we are when it occurs. Neither Solstice encompasses everyone. Neither can. The Solstices stand forever opposed, literally at the two poles of our Earth and experiences.

With each of the choices that we make, we create consequences and we ourselves experience those consequences. If you harm another soul. If you cause pain or trauma in another soul, you yourself will experience that trauma.

If you are fully aligned with your soul it will be your pleasure, your joy to always move toward cooperation, toward sharing, toward reverence for life. You will not be torn.
