By defilement of mind, beings are defiled; by purification of mind, beings are purified.

It is our minds that create this world.

Just as a candle cannot burn without fire, men cannot live without a spiritual life.

The greatest impurity is ignorance. Free yourself from it. Be pure.

Overcome your uncertainties and free yourself from dwelling on sorrow. When you delight in existence, you will awaken, and become a guide to those in need, revealing the path to many.

Why do what you will regret? Why bring tears upon yourself? Do only what you do not regret, And fill yourself with joy.

Wherever there is possession of marks, there is fraud ; wherever there is no-possession of no-marks, there is no fraud. Hence the Tathagata is to be seen from no-marks as marks.
