Go forth in every direction- for the happiness, the harmony, the welfare of the many. Offer your heart, the seeds of understanding, like a lamp overturned and re-lit, illuminating the darkness.

Let us live in joy, never falling sick like those who hate us. Let us live in freedom, without hatred even among those who hate.

May everyone be happy and safe, and may their hearts be filled with joy.

When faced with the vicissitudes of life, one's mind remains unshaken, sorrow-less, stainless, secure; this is the greatest welfare
