We feel it's unacceptable to be fat, when it has nothing to do with who the person actually is.

There's a portion of the movie where something bad happens to me, and I lose my clothes along the way, so essentially I'm wearing a bra and trousers. There are certain requirements, but luckily I have a good base because I work out often.

I eat whatever I want. I like bread and cheese and wine, and that makes my life fun and enjoyable.

I think so many people give us ideas of what we are. I think as women especially, because we're sensitive by nature, we're more vulnerable, we absorb other people's ideas about what we're supposed to think or who we're supposed to be and how we're supposed to act.

Physically, it completely changed me. I found strength that I never thought I had. And mentally, I mean, it's taught me just patience and letting go, and it's really changed my whole psychological outlook, I think.

Invest in what's real. Clean as you go. Drink while you cook. Make it fun. It doesn't have to be complicated. It will be what it will be.
