I find that the history books that we teach our kids with are not fully truthful, in my opinion.

When you reach a certain age in life, time becomes more important than money, and I think that happens in your 50s.

I don't have to muzzle myself when I'm a civilian. When you're a governor, you kind of have to do it, because you represent the whole state. You have to leave your personal opinions to yourself a lot. I learned that.

So using that analogy, you should let your house become the shithole on the block and they'll reduce your taxes and you'll pay less. Be a bad citizen with your neighbors, right?
