If you want to improve your world, then focus your attention on helping others.

A successful person finds the right place for himself. But a successful leader finds the right place for others. Few things in life are better than seeing people realize their potential. If you invest in people by helping individuals improve themselves, showing them the way to their “right place”, they will never be the same again. And neither will you. It is impossible to help others without helping yourself.

Cats do what cats do, ducks do what ducks do, and eagles do what eagles, do. If you take a duck and ask it to do an eagles' job, shame on you. As a leader, your job is to help your ducks to become better ducks and your eagles better eagles - to put individuals in the right places and help them reach their potential.

Tenacious people don't rely on luck, fate, or destiny for their success. And when conditions become difficult, they keep working.

When your great players are team players, everybody else follows their lead. The best team doesn't always win - it's usually the team that gets along best.

Encouragement is oxygen for the soul

Loyalty to the leader reaches its highest peak when the follower has personally grown through the mentorship of the leader.
