What makes Steve [Jobs'] methodology different from everyone else's is that he always believed the most important decisions you make are not the things you do, but the things you decide not to do. He's a minimalist.

Why I didnโt go to Steve Jobs and say, โSteve, letโs figure out how you can come back and lead your company.โ I didnโt do that, it was a terrible mistake on my part. I canโt figure out why I didnโt have the wisdom to do that. But I didnโt. And as life has it, shortly after that, I was fired.
