If I eat junk food and have a workout the next day, I feel a significant difference in the way my body responds to exercise. Im sluggish, tired and run out of energy very quickly.

Josie LorenI would be lying if I said I cut out all dessert. When Im training, I try to satisfy those cravings with a slightly healthier dessert, like a piece of dark chocolate or whipped cream and strawberries. Those are two of my favorites!
