If I eat junk food and have a workout the next day, I feel a significant difference in the way my body responds to exercise. Im sluggish, tired and run out of energy very quickly.
Josie LorenI think everyone has dreams, and its just how you go about pursuing that. And I think anybody can do anything that they set their mind to. So if you set your mind to do something, and you exhaust every opportunity, I think youre going to get there.
Josie LorenI would be lying if I said I cut out all dessert. When Im training, I try to satisfy those cravings with a slightly healthier dessert, like a piece of dark chocolate or whipped cream and strawberries. Those are two of my favorites!
