You come to a point in your life and you may be in bed just thinking about it. Ask yourself what is stopping you from becoming your dreams
Kai GreeneI think that everything should be a stepping stone for something bigger and better and if there is something bigger then why not go on after it?
Kai GreeneBodybuilding has been the tool that single-handedly taught a little black boy from the projects to use his mind to achieve success. it taught me to see things for what they can be. I had 17-inch arms; I imagined them to be 24 inches. The power of my mind allowed me to achieve what I imagined.
Kai GreeneIn the beginning it wasn't bodybuilding competition that motivated me, it was just getting muscles and getting big. And certainly it has evolved for me since then. I think I'm still evolving.
Kai GreeneI'd like to get to a point where I am not considered natural by myself. When I say that I mean that I don't want to fit within the guidelines of what other people feel it is to be natural. If people feel that natural bodybuilders usually are the ones who lack legs or have poor body parts or don't train very hard or aren't very strong or aren't very intense, if that's your perception of what a natural bodybuilder is, then that's not what I want to be.
Kai GreeneThe mind is everything. If you donโt believe you can do something then you canโt. If you believe that your upbringing was substandard and therefore you have to walk around as a refugee from that crisis situation for the rest of your life, forever bearing the burden of that experience then that will be YOUR life.
