Sin is like an incredible meal that becomes poisonous venom in your stomach. What you eat on Earth you may digest in Hell.

A proud person is so busy looking down on others they cannot humble themselves to look up at God.

I think we all have room to grow. I think every Christian really does need to take up their cross in a lot of areas of life and say, "Man, listen, regardless of what kind of backlash I'm going to get, I need to stand for what I believe in."

Why live for the approval of men when you can have the approval of their Creator? What can they give you that God can't?

The problem is always sin, and the answer is always the Gospel.

Everybody can relate to being an outsider, having to deal with that, and having to wrestle with how people view them.

I'm always going to be a student. I'm always learning. I'm always trying to grow. I'm always trying to understand. I never want to feel like I've arrived.
