I am so grateful for my beautiful life. I am cherished and loved. And I share my love and joy with everyone.

Remember all the times you were a winner; the times when you did something you were proud of, even small things. Hold these feelings close to you, this joy and confidence.

In order to change your life outside, you must first change inside

Be committed to the relationship you have with yourself. We get so committed to other relationships, but often sort of toss ourselves away. We get around to ourselves only now and then. So, really care for who you are. Be committed to loving yourself. Take care of your heart and soul.

When there's a strong desire within you to express or create something, know that this feeling is Divine discontent. Your longing is your calling- and no matter what it is, if you go with it, you'll be guided, guarded, and assured of success. When a purpose or path is laid before you, you have the choice to just trust and let it flow, or remain stuck in fear. Trusting the perfection that resides within you is the key.

Think thoughts that make you happy. Do things that make you feel good. Be with people who make you feel good. Eat things that make your body feel good. Go at a pace that makes you feel good.

Today I do a mental housecleaning, making room for new, positive thoughts.
