Each day is a new opportunity. Yesterday is over and done. Today is the first day of my future.

Once a day, sit quietly and place a hand upon your heart. Send it love, and allow yourself to feel the love your heart has for you. It has been beating for you since before you were born. Your heart is love, and the blood in your veins is joy. Your heart is now lovingly pumping joy throughout your body. All is well, and you are safe.

Every obstacle is a stepping stone. My good cannot be stopped.

I lovingly do everything I can to assist my body in maintaining perfect health

We do not have to know how to forgive. All we have to do is be willing to forgive. The Universe will take care of the how.
