It's what we all wanted when we were children- to be loved and accepted exactly as we were then, not when we got taller or thinner or prettier...and we still want it... but we aren't going to get it from other people until we can get it from ourselves.

I rejoice in the success of others, knowing that there is plenty for us all.

Negative thinking is prevalent, in particular, among so many women in their later years, and, as a result, they live out their lives in discontent.

When we have throat problems, it usually means we do not feel we have the right to do these things. We feel inadequate to stand up for ourselves.

I truly believe that we are here to bless and prosper, each other.

No matter what our age or what kind of problems we have, we can begin to make positive changes today.

It's only a thought, and a thought can be changed. I am not limited by any past thinking. I choose my thoughts with care. I constantly have new insights and new ways of looking at my world. I am willing to change and grow.
