When we forgive and let go, not only does a huge weight drop off your shoulders, but the doorway to your own self-love opens.

My younger years were filled with fear; my todays are filled with confidence.

I release all fears and doubts. I accept myself and create peace in my mind and heart. I now choose to free myself from all destructive fears and doubts. I am loved and I am safe.

I am grateful for being alive today. It is my joy and pleasure to live another wonderful day.
