I have noticed that the Universe loves gratitude. The more grateful you are, the more goodies you get. When I say 'goodies', I don't mean only material things. I mean all the people, places and experiences that make life so wonderfully worth living.

My home is a happy place to be. I bless everyone who enters, myself included. Pleasant experiences fill every room.

I let go of all expectations. People, places and things are free to be themselves, and I am free to be me.

I cannot change another person. I let others be who they are, and I simply love who I am.

Would you really dig into yesterday's garbage to make tonight's meal? Do you dig into yesterday's mental garbage to create today's experiences?

Love yourself as you are. Love and approve of yourself.

I have learned over the years that the nicest thing I can do is to just say to myself, "Good Morning Darling, I love you; we're going to have a really great day today."
