The past is over and done and cannot be changed. This is the only moment we can experience.

Begin to listen to what you say. Don't say anything that you don't want to become true for you.

Don't settle for anybody just to have someone. Set your standards. What kind of love do you want to attract? List the qualities you really want in the relationship. Develop those qualities in yourself and you will attract a person who has them.

I say 'Out' to every negative thought that comes to my mind. No person, place, or thing has any power over me, for I am the only thinker in my mind. I create my own reality and everyone in it.

If we give out thoughts of grouchiness and complaining, etc., we'll find more to complain about. If we send out love and affirm 'life loves me', then we are drawing experiences to ourselves that prove it's true.

I see my parents as tiny children who need love. I have compassion for my parents’ childhoods. I now know that I chose them because they were perfect for what I had to learn. I forgive them and set them free, and I set myself free.

Love is always the answer to healing of any sort.
