Patience is being at peace with the process of life

Life always brings you what you need.

I see my parents as tiny children who need love. I have compassion for my parents’ childhoods. I now know that I chose them because they were perfect for what I had to learn. I forgive them and set them free, and I set myself free.

Love yourself - Do it now! Don't wait until you get well or lose the weight, or get the new job, or the new relationship.

In order to make room for the new (whether it's new clothes or new thoughts and ideas), we must release the old and the outworn.

I am willing to let go. I release others to experience whatever is meaningful to them, and I am free to create that which is meaningful to me.

Every obstacle is a stepping stone. My good cannot be stopped.
