It’s not what happens to you, but how you handle it. If Life gives you lemons, make lemonade. If the lemons are rotten, take out the seeds and plant them in order to grow new lemons.

Taking a step without knowing the end result is the only way we develop faith and not only this, it's a practice that connects us with a power greater than ourselves.

The past is over and done and cannot be changed. This is the only moment we can experience.

Can you remember the last time you were in love? Your heart went ahhh. It was such a wonderful feeling. It’s the same thing with loving yourself except that you will never leave.
