You have been criticizing yourself for years and it hasn't worked. Try approving of yourself and see what happens.

The gateways to wisdom and learning are always open, and more and more I am choosing to walk through them. Barriers, blocks, obstacles, and problems are personal teachers giving me the opportunity to move out of the past and into the Totality of Possibilities.

It's what we all wanted when we were children- to be loved and accepted exactly as we were then, not when we got taller or thinner or prettier...and we still want it... but we aren't going to get it from other people until we can get it from ourselves.

When I talk about doing affirmations, I mean consciously choosing words that will either help eliminate something from your life or help create something new in your life.

The past is over, so it has no power now. The thoughts of this moment create my future.
