We sometimes forget that we are God-beings, and that the intent of the Creator was for us to enjoy this thing called Life!

The simple part is, every thought we think and every word we speak is creating our future. If you change your thinking, you can change your life.

If I wait until I become perfect before I love myself, I will waste my whole life. I am already perfect right here and right now. I am perfect exactly as I am.

When we have throat problems, it usually means we do not feel we have the right to do these things. We feel inadequate to stand up for ourselves.

I do not fix problems. I fix my thinking. Then problems fix themselves.

Once a day, sit quietly and place a hand upon your heart. Send it love, and allow yourself to feel the love your heart has for you. It has been beating for you since before you were born. Your heart is love, and the blood in your veins is joy. Your heart is now lovingly pumping joy throughout your body. All is well, and you are safe.
